Mentorship Program at NJDS

Hello everyone,

This website has been developed through the work of the Faculty Development Committee (FDC) in order to provide the New Jersey Dental School faculty with a database of names and expertise of interested individuals to serve as mentors. This resource will assist individuals to identify and approach expert faculty with an interest in mentoring and, if possible, develop their own relationship as suitable. You may access and download the information, which is available by faculty name as well as by faculty expertise.

Developing a mentorship program at the NJDS is an ongoing project of the Faculty Development Committee. We hope to expand our resources in order to facilitate career development and academic advancement, issues of particular importance to the junior faculty. I encourage your active participation by sharing your expertise with those interested. If you would like to be included in this directory, please simply use the link provided to complete the mentorship expertise survey. This would only take a few minutes and your information will be added to the database.
