- Statewide Network Receives $1 Million From HRSA
The
New Jersey Dental School - Statewide Network for Community Oral Health
recently received notification from the Health Resources and Services
Administration (HRSA) that the application for "A Community Based Dental
Partnership" was fully funded.
The
$1,001,809 award begins September 1, 2005 and will be paid out over three
years. This Federal, Ryan White Title III, grant will support clinical
patient care for the targeted population throughout the Statewide Network.
In addition, the funding will support training of dental professionals
in the management of oral health care needs for the targeted population
through community-based service-learning experiences.
