Course Evaluation Frequently Asked Questions

• To log in, type your full name exactly as it appears in the e-mail message in the space labeled "User Name." Then enter the password provided in the e-mail message in the space labeled password and click on the button labeled "Log-in" to enter
• This will bring you directly to the CourseEvalWelcome Page. You'll see a series of menu items across the top. Click on the second item from the left labeled "Survey List."
• Clicking on Survey List will bring you to a list of courses. Clicking on the "Take Now" button will bring you directly into the survey itself. Across the top of the survey will be full information about the course, including its title, department and course director.
• Read the statements and indicate your level of agreement by clicking on the response that matches your level of agreement from "Strongly Agree" to "Strongly Disagree." You can change your response by simply clicking on another response.
• When you have completed the survey, you can submit it or cancel, by clicking the appropriate button. You can continue taking the rest of the surveys or you can log out and sign back in later using the same password.
