As New Jersey’s only dental school, NJDS is a major resource for pre-doctoral dental education. Our doctor of dental medicine (DMD) degree program prepares students to deliver the highest-quality oral treatment possible, with care and compassion, using the latest techniques and materials. Students treat patients, under the tutelage of our faculty, in the clinics and extramural sites, gaining valuable hands-on experience and the interpersonal skills and cultural competency needed to treat today’s diverse population.
